In a recent interview with right-wing commentator Libs of TikTok, Michael Grondahl, the founder of Planet Fitness, expressed deep concerns about the current state of the company, describing it as “pretty much destroyed” and lamenting its departure from its original mission.
Grondahl recounted his initial vision for Planet Fitness, aiming to create a gym chain catering primarily to beginners and individuals intimidated by traditional fitness centers, as well as those facing financial constraints.
