The event, hosted by BBC Northampton’s Headfest project, aimed to provide children with a variety of learning and relaxation opportunities to help them understand how to address mental health issues and build resilience. The activities included yoga, gardening, and music therapy, offering children a chance to relax and engage in educational experiences.
