These episodes can be triggered by a variety of factors, and understanding these causes is crucial for prevention and effective treatment. This article explores the multifaceted causes of mental breakdowns, providing insights into the psychological, biological, and social factors involved.

One of the most significant psychological factors contributing to mental breakdowns is chronic stress.
