Its core objective is to raise national nutrition awareness, advocate for a healthy lifestyle, and encourage the balance between diet and exercise for maintaining a healthy weight. During the training period, nutritionists tailored practical one – week meal plans for residents based on their comprehensive health evaluations. Through live and recorded video courses, trainees were provided with in – depth interpretations of these meal plans, enabling them to make informed dietary choices. In the exercise and diet therapy training sessions, participants gradually developed sustainable healthy living habits.
The most compelling evidence of the camp’s success lies in the tangible results achieved by the trainees. The maximum weight loss among participants reached an impressive 3.1 kg.
