Postpartum depression (PPD) is a serious mental health condition that affects many women after childbirth. Understanding how to manage and overcome postpartum depression is essential for the well-being of both the new mother and her baby. Emotional Factors: The stress of new motherhood, feelings of being overwhelmed, and lack of support can trigger depression.

Self-Care: Taking time for self-care and ensuring personal well-being, even in small ways, can help a mother maintain her mental health.
